Sale Merchandise: No returns will be accepted on sale items. Exchanges will be accepted up to 7 days. After 7 days, no credit or refund will be given. No cash refunds will be given, only merchandise credit (does not include shipping charges). All sales for marked down merchandise are FINAL.

Standard Items: SWAKdesigns will gladly accept returns and exchanges with the original invoice and tags attached (if included on original item) if postmarked up to 15 days from purchase for full refund (postmarked 16-30 days from purchase for merchandise credit only). After we receive the item, it will take up to 10 business days to process your return. Shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE. Returns will be refunded in the method of original payment. Please note: items returned in any condition other than when shipped new cannot be accepted for merchandise credit or refund. This includes odor (i.e. smoke), marks (deodorant, dirt, etc.), or any other alteration from new/unworn condition. Orders receiving free shipping that are returned for refund containing non-defective merchandise will be charged a $6.95 restocking fee. On exchanges: all customers will be allowed ONE (1) free exchange within 30 days of purchase. We will be happy to exchange your item one time and ship your new item to you free of charge. Orders with one exchange already will not be eligible for any future exchanges or refunds.
